Regarding The County Registrars Court in Castlebar due to sit on 8th June, 2020, All matters will stand adjourned to 12th October, 2020.
However the County Registrar will deal with the following on 8th June, 2020;
(1) Where Consent Orders are being sought and where the parties provide the terms of said Order in advance together with consent to the making of said Order
(2) Where the applications are ex-parte and all paperwork is in order.
(3) Applications to withdraw or strike out from Applicants only. (Please note that it the practice of the County Registrar not to made any Order for costs in such cases)
All such draft terms and consents must be emailed to castlebarcourtoffice@courts.ie by 4th June, 2020.
There will be no need for attendance for any such matters.
